We welcome two new members to the staff of the Vicariate. From India we say Mabuhay to Fr. Vinoy Joseph Thottakkara, SDS who will be in charge of the theologians at New Manila. And from Germany we say Wilkommen to Fr. Hermann Preussner, SDS who is an assistant novice master.
